How to make a page a post
-
The first post I did with photos was run as a separate page. Is it possible to fix this, and if so, how? I don’t want to have all of my posts like that be run as separate pages, if that is possible.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Is it possible that you used a page editor instead or post editor to create it? They look very similar. I’ve never personally encountered a case of a draft post being published as a page, though there have been other recent claims in this forum of that happening.

Copy the page content and paste it into a post editor. Add the title. Publish, and change the date, if you wish, to place it where it should have been chronologically.
If that works, then you may delete the page, but don’t do so if the images are attached to the page. If they are you’d best upload the images again either directly to the post where you will attach them, or upload them to the media library, then insert them via the library into the post.
