You can use:
a) Archives shortcode
https://en.support.wordpress.com/archives-shortcode/b) Display Posts shortcode

How would I insert that into one single page? So only that page does it?
Ideally I want it in centre of page not in side bar for example

See & follow the instructions:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/archives-shortcode/
https://en.support.wordpress.com/display-posts-shortcode/The two shorcodes are for pages (into) not for the sidebars. Widgets are for sidebars, shortcodes are fore pages (or posts).

Wow this worked fantastically!
Thankyou!
One thing I used the first short code and it worked great but didn’t show EVERY post?
Just up to a certain point, any idea why?

Update I used the “archive” short code and it did exactly what I wanted
One question: how do I ins a list of short codes?
I’ve literally never heard of them!
