how to make a separator line on widget

    i have a plugin of Random Post and Recent Comment from Rob Marsh, SJ. I installed it, and i tried to search the css template for make a separate dotted line like in my blog. but it doesn’t there. somebody can help me with it? and i add it manually on lsidebar.php and rsidebar.php.

    the widget is in the rsidebar and l sidebar it titled: ( Artikel Lain ) –> Random Post and ( Komentar Terbaru ) –> Recent Comments
