How to make a "share on Facebook" button on every post?

  I would like to put a “share” button which let people click it and share the post on their Facebook profile. How to make a “share on Facebook” button on every post?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I mean the “share” button can be appear on the front page, does not have to click in to view the full article. Hope someone can help me :)
