How to make a simple form with PayPal payment?

  I want a simple form with few fields and a drop down box, and a price calculated based on the selection of that drop-down box and that price is displayed on a label, and then they are able to press “Pay” and they will pay the price using PayPal.

  How can I achieve this? Ideally a free solution, I am open to use any plugin.

  What is the address of the website?

  The answer to your question completely depends on whether your site is hosted here at WordPress.com or whether you are hosted elsewhere using the WordPress.org version of WordPress.
