How to make a single page blog-style
-
I have a site set up with different pages that you can access through a menu. For only one of the pages, I’d like for it to be blog-style where I can post separate blog entries as needed instead of having to add new photos into one single post. How do I go about doing so?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is only one true posts page per WordPress.com website. Using Category Pages, which are archives pages, would be the option closest to what you’ve asked for. Whether or not full posts display on category and other archives pages is theme dependent.

I am using the Sela theme. From what I’m understanding of your response, I would need to assign categories for each post. But then how do I make those categories post to one specific page?

Hi! I think I understand what you are asking as I have the same question!
I would like to add the blog page available from the menu as in the demo (https://selademo.wordpress.com/blog/ ) but I can’t find how!
Have you find the solution?
Thanks!
M.

tkpurseparty,
I’m trying to understand what you are asking here. I think you want to create a series of posts assigned to a specific category and then have a page displaying all those posts. If so, those pages are automagically created by WordPress. All you have to do is link to them. An example of a category page can be seen on the demo site for your theme: https://selademo.wordpress.com/category/writing/
The address for a category page on your site would be: http://tkpurseparty.com/category/{your_category}
You can read more about categories here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/categories/

Please let me know if this helps you and if there is anything else I can do to help you.
