how to make a single-spaced posting?

  I used to be able to make single-spaced posts in my wordpress, but when it gets more sophisticated, I have problem to do it again. This is really confusing, for I often write poetry which needs single space on every line in one verse. help please? I’d appreciate it.

  For single-spacing (no blank line between) use shift-enter/return instead of just enter.
