how to make a title unvisible in the text block ?

  Hello everyone
  By creating a new page I wanted to reach the title appears only at the menue zone (= topic zone; or topic line – I don’t know how this part is called for? – but I hope, you know what I mean.) and not at the text-block below, too! So, my question is: How can I make the titel appears only at the topic line?
  I) Maybe, you know the html order?
  II) Or others possibilities?

  You mean that you add periods to titles, right?
