How to make a 'welcome' post?

  Hi, I’m trying to make a post that basically says ‘welcome to my website!’ But I want it to stay on top of all my other latest posts. Sorta like an introduction. How do I make a post that always stays at the top of my website ? (For twenty sixteen theme)

  There is an option in each post to Stick to the front page. This will make that post stay in front of your other posts until you de-select that option.
