How to make all links open in a new window

  I would like the URL links for a commenters name to open in a new window if clicked on. How do I make this happen?

  I’m sorry but that’s not possible through a universal setting.

  Is there a way to set it for each comment so that if someone clicks on the name of the commenter, a new window will open instead of navigating them away from my blog?

  There’s no need to repeat the question – we got it the first time, and timethief answered it: not possible.

  OK – I thought timethief was saying I couldn’t set a universal ssetting to make all links open in a new window, so I was asking if I could manually set it for each commenter.
