How to make an export copy of the existing blog?

  Hi my question is how to make an export copy of the existing blog from old one to the new one, cause I want to make my site in two languages, but i understand that is not possible to make an button to change the languages in wordpress.com. That is why I want to make to sites but i don’t want to upload to all pictures and text again.
  And one more q – Is it possible to exported to wordpress.ord or just in wordpress.com.?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
