  how to make another version of my blog in different language in the same name ?

  I’d like to suggest that rather than creating a duplicate content blog which is anot allowed at wordpress.com and which Google frowns upon, you could equip your blog with translation as I have done. Please see here > http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/translation/

  You cannot with the same name (URL). What you can do though is put the language code as part of the URL such as mysitees.wordpress.com (es at the end for Spanish), or use an entirely different URL and then link between the two of them from the sidebar or possibly in the main navigation.
