How to make Author Marketing Club widget work?
-
authormarketingclub.com offers code for a widget that will display all my books with links to Amazon or other purchasing sites.
I’ve pasted the code into a text widget but the only thing that shows up on my pages is a link to author marketing site.
What’s going on?
Here’s the code:
<iframe src=”http://authormarketingclub.com/members/bookwidget?w=bW9jLmxpYW1nQDIxMDJuaXZyZWxvcmFj&width=300″ width=”300″ height=”1211″ style=”border:none;overflow:hidden;margin:0;padding:0″ scrolling=”no” allowtransparency=”true”></iframe>The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your code contains iframe tag. Iframes are not allowed on WordPress.com blogs for security reasons:
-
If the code you’re trying to embed includes JavaScript, an iframe or certain other types of advertising code, it will be stripped out by the software. If you are trying to use an affiliate widget once again the code will be stripped. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/
Advertising outside of WordAds at WordPress.com is not allowed.

1. WordPress.com allows bloggers to insert text affiliate links within post and page content to most third-party affiliate programs, provided they are not the primary content of the site in question.2. Image affiliate links in posts and pages and any banners, affiliate links in sidebar or footer widget areas, are still considered to be advertising and are not allowed on WordPress.com blogs.
