How to make blog live

  Good afternoon. I have created a new website called MS. I.T. under new address https://cjaka07.com. I am trying to make this live because it is currently listed under https:// cjaka07.wordpress.com and want to make it live for viewing purposes for traffic and revenue.   Ok. I have been trying to get affliate marketing with a few clients and they told me that they declined partnership due to the website not being live yet and wanted to clarify this issue.
