I can’t figure this out– how do I get the 3 widgets to look like the Canape example when you scroll over the photo and the black text box appears?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there!

That effect will automatically be added after you’ve chosen some Food Menus to display on your site’s front page.

I can see that you’ve completed the first step for this, which is to set up a Static Front Page.

Next, you will need to publish some Food Menus. To do this, navigate to your site’s WP Admin area. (WP Admin can be accessed by adding /wp-admin to the end of your site’s URL.) Then go to Food Menus > Menu Items in the left sidebar:

    https://silversummitblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=nova_menu_item

After you have published some Menu Items for display on the home page, navigate to Appearance > Customize and then Theme Options > Front Page. From here, select the Menu Items you wish to use on the front page from the dropdown menus. Save your changes once you’ve done.

Let me know how you get on with those steps! You can also find further guidance for getting set up with Canape here:

    Hope that helps.
