How to make categories display on pages

  I would like to display certain categories on pages on my blog.
  I am able to make the categories appear as drop down menus on the pages but when I click on the pages themselves the categories do not appear. Is it possible to have a list of categories appear when you click on a given page?

  As an example on my blog under the My Journey option, the categories ‘pt 1’ and ‘pt 2’ appear as drop down options. However when you click on the page you do not see the categories. I would like to make these categories appear on the My Journey page

  Yep, I’ve read that page a few times now. It explains how to assign categories to a page. I have done this for my blog and still the categories do not appear as a list on the pages themselves.

  Could you explain how to have the categories appear as a list on a page. Take page is an example of what I would like on my blog:

  If you mean the “Start HERE!, How To Eat Paleo, Cruising Paleo? It’s possible!” links that list down the page, those aren’t categories. It looks like the person who made that page just manually created links for every page on the site. And the set that page as their site’s front page so that it is the first thing that visitors see.

  If you mean the “About, Eating Paleo, Living Paleo” menu/submenu items at the top, there is a support page for custom menus here:

  I would like my sub-menu items to list down the pages similar to what the Paleo Mom has done. Is the only way to do this to manually create links? If so, is there any instruction on how to do this?
