How to make clickable links on posts in home feed?

  My blog is a collection of art and each post has one line of text listing the artist’s socials. From the home feed, the line of text is visible but the link is not clickable. (The link is clickable when you click into the post.) Is there a workaround for this?

  Edit: The theme I am using is Pomme! (Also if anyone can tell me how to remove the author’s name from the posts, let me know!)
