  Im tring to make external link especially comment url open in new tab.
  Im add these code on function.php my site adammuiz.com

  function t4a_comment_links_in_new_window($text)
{
return str_replace('<a', '<a target="_blank"', $text);
}

  add_filter('comment_text', 't4a_comment_links_in_new_window');

  It’s seem doesn’t work

  is there any code to make External Link in comment section open in New Tab
