how to make domain mapping work?

  I’m at a complete loss for how to make domain mapping work.

  I chose a domain name, registered it through wordpress, paid, and now when I go to the address nothing’s there.

  Am I doing something wrong? Is there an extra step I’m not aware of?

  Is this the domain name you registered http://shakespearessister.net/ ? if so it seems to be redirecting just fine I noticed you don’t have any blog posts yet so that is why their is a 404 code displayed on your site.

  Also a quick search in the support documentation section displayed these results for domain mapping. http://en.support.wordpress.com/?s=domain+mapping+
