How to make downloadable files appear?

  I have uploaded a few PDFs to my WordPress blog but they do not appear on the page. What am I doing wrong? I’d like to have these PDFs available to viewers to download, along with a short description of them. But I have not had success. Does WordPress support this?

  The blog will not display a PDF in your blog page. You need to have a link to the URL of the PDF, then when people click on it it will open in their browser (if they have the Acrobat reader plugin installed) or download it to their computer if they don’t.
