How to make drop down menu options appear in Chrome?

  Drop down menu does not show on Chrome, but it shows on IE.

  I am using the Highwind theme. The two menu options that I would like to be drop down are titled ‘Participating Schools’ and ‘Application Process’.

  Any ideas on why this is or how to fix it?

  How strange,
  It works fine for me on Chrome but is totally garbled in IE!
