how to make editable private content for users?

    Hello,
    I have registered users on the site with specific roles which represents what kind of subscription plan they have. I need to create additional space for them to add, view and edit their own content. This content must be visible only for admin and current subscriber. Content looks like items list. For example dogs list. Depending on subscription, user should be able to add up to specific amount of “dogs” and edit, view, delete their information(name, age, breed, date). Moreover the item “dog” should be locked from editing(except deleting) a month before entered “dog date” and until subscription plan renews. As it is a project I need suggestions for coding or free plugins.
