How to make entire blog private?
-
I would like to make my daughters blog completely private. I don’t want to have members or protect certain pages and posts. I just want to be able to give family members 1 password and have them be able to access the site.
Is this possible? I’ve been looking, but a lot of the plugins seem way to over complicated for what I need.
Any help would be great!

This support doc will walk you through how to change your privacy settings to private
http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/However, all private viewers must have a WordPress account. A way around this is to create what is essentially a dummy WP account. Once you create this account you can give all of your family members the same login information.

Do you have a WordPress.com or WordPress.org blog? Plug-ins/4.1/your screenshot lead me to believe you are using WordPress.org. If this is true, you need to ask this question at the WordPress.org forums (https://wordpress.org/support/) as these forums are for WordPress.com.
If you are using WordPress.com, are you using your wp-admin dashboard? It would be https://yourblogname.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ -

Since you are self-hosting you are using WordPress.org and will need to hit their forums (https://wordpress.org/support/)
Good luck.
