How to make it where ALL can comment

  How can I fix my blog to where anyone (That does not have a wordpress blog) Can Comment on mine?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your visitors can also use the Follow button in the lower-right corner, where they can enter their email address to be notified of new posts published on your blog. (That button will appear for visitors not logged into WordPress.com.)

  You can also add the Follow Blog widget to your sidebar in Appearance -> Widgets.

  This page > Settings > Discussion
  Discussion settings is where you set up defaults for comments.
  You can also override the default settings and enable or disable future comments on any post or page.

  this is what I have set up..
  Other comment settings
  I have 1st
  and
  4th checked, but they still can not comment.
