How to make main domain content copy to the sub directory website ?

  we have main domain example abc.com . We create a sub directory in the main domain ex: abc.com/ng/ . we want main domain website content also in the sub directory website . Please give a perfect solution.
  for example : wordpress.org and en-gb.wordpress.org its contain same content . we want like this .
