how to make money with a premium wordpress plan

  hello everyone…
  my english is quite poor so, the question is:
  how I can get ads for putting in my premium blog?, right now, I got the free plan with ads who does not belong to me, so i want to put some ads in order to make some profits from my blog.
  Any help would be appreciated.

  No blogger initiated advertising for driving traffic to third party sites is allowed here on wordpress.COM hosted blogs. PPC is not allowed. Affiliate marketing banners and any and all advertising outside of WordAds at WordPress.com are not allowed.

  The only advertising program at WordPress.com is called WordAds and it’s for blogs on their own domains.

  On free hosted WordPress.com blog we can use a contact form and/or a PayPal button for sale of only products or services created or provided by ourselves.

  2. Image affiliate links in posts and pages and any banners, affiliate links in sidebar or footer widget areas, are still considered to be advertising and are not allowed on WordPress.com blogs.

  Advertising outside of WordAds at WordPress.com is not allowed.

  Keep in mind that WordAds or limited affiliate links take a fair amount of traffic to make any significant money

  the WordAds support team answered me that they not work the non-english blogs right now… so, the question is which one advertising service remains to choose for me?, I know that adsense can not work in a wordpress.com premium plan
