How to make my blog searchable under my name

  I want my blog to be searchable using my name, but I really don’t want to change the blog site’s name (I like what I have). is there a way for my blog ( johnjustthinking.com) to be findable by someone searching for, say, John Bruce Carver’s blog”?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This is already working quite well. When searching for “John Bruce Carver’s blog”, the top five results are from your blog. Don’t think it gets better than this.
