How to make my featured pictures change on my posts

    Hi, I was wondering how/if I have a post and a featured picture for that post, how do I make it move like the first one does. The first one takes up the whole top screen and doesn’t move when you scroll and in the example, it shows that with each picture for each post. However; my blog is not doing the same thing. I saw that you have to have “Pages” but I am not sure if I make a page, will it delete my post or how do I go about making each “Post” a “Page”?

    Hi kayleekross72!

    I understand what you want to do, but the full-width images that you see in the example is from the featured images of pages and not blog posts. If you look at the live demo for the Affinity Theme (https://wordpress.com/theme/affinity) you will see that the blog page is actually called ‘News’ in the menu and that is where the blog posts show up.

    The homepage for Affinity Theme is more meant for content that will stay the same, like an About You section etc. rather than for blog posts.
