Infinite Scroll is a feature that loads the next set of posts automatically when visitors approach the bottom of the home page or posts page. It’s designed to help visitors read through many posts without effort. You set the number of post to display on your blogs page here → Dashboard → Settings → Reading. Please see this support doc → Disabling Infinite Scroll https://en.support.wordpress.com/infinite-scroll/#disabling-infinite-scroll

Thanks for your email. I’m actually trying to make my page summarized so that readers can click continue reading … rather than reading the whole content on my home page. My infinite scroll is not enable since I want only 3-4 page views. Can you help

You can insert the read more tag into individual posts and pages.
You cannot insert it into the main page for posts.I tagged this thread for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.

Infinite scroll is disabled because you have configured footer widgets:
We’ve changed this option to a click-to-scroll version for you since you have footer widgets in Appearance → Widgets, or your theme uses click-to-scroll as the default behavior.
Also, your posts are already showing excerpts.
Can you clarify what you mean by whole content?
Once I get some feedback, we can take the next troubleshooting step in resolving your issue.
