How to make my menus a static page?

    I don’t want my homepage to be the static page, and I don’t want my menu to be a drop down list of the posts available rather i want it to be a static page displaying all the posts.

    i have managed to achieve that a bit by copying and pasting the links under the menu itself and it shows up a little like how i want it but i can’t change the font it it is displayed in or the style to match the theme of my blog.

    Is there a better way to achieve this? Do I need to make my homepage static to happen? Do I need to change the theme of my blog entirely?
