How to make my site look like a website NOT a blog?

  On my site, I have ‘Leave a comment’ etc. blog style tools… I would like to get remove them completely so it is only a showcase of my work. How can I do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Go to admin, select pages or posts. On each post/page select quick edit, the over to the right you’ll see options for allow comments and allow pings. If you untick these boxes the option to comment should disappear from that page.
