How to make my site private

  Hello,

  I’d like to make a site private, but can’t find out how to do this at all. I came upon a wordpress blog post that mentioned a section that had the options to select ‘private’, ‘hidden’, or ‘public’, but I haven’t found that anywhere on my dashboard. I appreciate any help to see how I can do this. If you can post screen shots to help find the correct section, that would be great as well.

  Search for privacy settings there https://en.support.wordpress.com/?s=privacy+settings
  Results: Privacy Settings https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
  To change blog visibility to Private go to > Settings > Reading scroll to Blog Visibility and choose option 3.
