How to make one pièce of the menu not clickable

    Hello from France,
    On my website, I would like to stop the possibilités to go to SERVICES, where there is nothings, but it is necessary to keep it on the menu. I mean I would like that the user can not clic on the menu name SERVICES, but only on the under menu of SERVICES, as Communication digital etc…
    Is that possible please ?
