How to make post title appear above the featured image in shortditch theme?

    Good day to all. Hi, I just want to kindly ask for your help on how I can place the post title above the featured image.

    I have already checked everything but cannot find solutions on the WP admin page. I know my acccount is a free account but is there a way to edit my post title without using CSS?

    Hi there,

    You mentioned “Post Title” but gave a link to your homepage (which is not exactly a blog post) so you mean to say that I can see this issue if I visit any blog post you have here?

    If I visit that post I see that the post title appears superimposed against the featured image (which is set in the background) and this is similar to what is shown in the demo site here as well:

    That arrangement is built in to this them in such a way that the title cannot be easily separated, even with CSS. If it is your intent to show the post title outside of the featured image, you will need to use a different theme in this case.

    Good morning Sir Jerry

    First of all, thank you very much for your response. Yes, you are correct. When you visit my page and click on Blog Menu it will show you the article I have made.

    The article is shown in the excerpt mode and the featured image and post title displays correctly (post title above the featured image). But when you click continue reading or click the featured image it will redirect you to the main article page in which the post title is superimposed against the featured image.

    Your right Sir Jerry, if that’s the default featured image setting of blog post under Shoreditch theme, I may I have to change again my theme and look for another one.

    I hope I can find a free theme which will show the blog post images according to my liking and that the header page of my site will have no gray overlay on it for I have previously used Lodestar and change to Shoreditch because it’s header image does not have any gray overlay on it
