how to make posts appear on pages
-
I have made different tabs at the top of my page that take you to different pages. What I would like to do is when I make a post, I want the post to publish on my homepage, but also the tab that I have for it to specifically go to. I thought making the tabs the same names as the categories would make them appear on their designated pages, but it did not. Please help! Thank you!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
To get the result you are looking, the most recommended approach is to use links to Category Pages rather than static pages as your top-level categories in a custom menu. You can’t include category page links in the default page menu. That’s why you’ll also need to create and activate a custom menu.I thought making the tabs the same names as the categories would make them appear on their designated pages, but it did not.
I don’t presently see any items in your menu which look like post categories. Perhaps you’ve removed some items because they weren’t working as you expected. When you follow the instructions provided in the two support pages I’ve mentioned and linked to above, a top-level menu item such as “Beauty” will link to the category page https://lifeofmamamia.wordpress.com/category/beauty/, rather than to a static page with an URL of the form
https://lifeofmamamia.wordpress.com/beauty/. -
