  I want to make a question answer website so how can i do in wordpress.
  I have not bought any domain also.
  Please guide me step by step so that i can get a question answer sharing website with user registration option like Quora?

  There are several 3rd party plugins available that can provide such features to WordPress. One great example is DW Question & Answer.

  Do take note that you will need to be on a Business Plan to be able to install 3rd party plugins on your WordPress.com site.
