How to make "random post" link choose from one category?

  Just what it says on the tin. How do I make a randomizer like in the sidebar at http://raincoaster.com choose only from one category. In this case, I want it to choose from posts tagged Cryptosphere on the Cryptosphere site.

  The code at raincoaster is

  http://raincoaster.com/?random

  So how do I adapt that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
