How to make seperate blog entries on pages. HELP!

  This is driving me nuts, I have tried MANY templates and can’t figure out how to do this. I want to be able to have 4-5 pages on my blog, where specific topics can be posted… like a 4-in-1 kind of blog. I am not even sure how to ask this question, so I will link an example.

  Let’s say I have a page called “Health” I want to be able to post complete, separate blog entries on that page. So when people click on that page, all the “health” posts come up. As it is right now, I have to just edit the page and add more text to the one page.
  For example… here is Ree Drummonds blog. When you click on a page, and further subdivided tabs, you get specific blog entries. Here is one of her pages: http://thepioneerwoman.com/confessions/

  Every template I have tried for my site, and I have tried many, doesn’t give me that option. I just have to add more text to the existing page and that is not readable. Makes for a hugely long page that is all one post. I hope someone understands what I am trying to ask!
