How to make shortcode work in backend

I am trying to use a contact form plugin and integrate it on my website through shortcode but it seems that it is not working, a plain text of the shortcode was the only one that appears in the front end.. need help

On WordPress.com you won’t need to use a plugin for this functionality. Take a look at the form block demonstration on the video in this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/form-block/
