how to make site accessible for public view/how to add contributors

  My site is set as private access now. How do I make it public access?
  Also, I would like to add people as contributors. How do I do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,
  To make your site accessible, go to your WP Admin -> Settings -> Reading. In Site Visibility, make sure tho have the option “Allow search engines to index this site”. That will make it public.

  To add people as contributors, go to your WP Admin -> Users -> Invite New. You can specify here the email address of the people you want to add and their roles. Click the drop down list and you’ll find the Contributor role. To find more information about roles, go to the following link: https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/
