How to make site more mobile friendly

1. Some mobiles seem to be loading slowly but no issues with laptops. Are there any recommended plugins that would help to prevent this occurring
2. Have a new ecommerce coming online and would like to add a price range bar on the homepage that visitors can manually adjust based on the price they’re looking for and products being promoted. Are there any plugins available that can collect products and prices from merchandise linked to my site and provide a price range widget to help visitors select products based on a range they’re looking for? I think this would greatly help to provide a better visitor experience
