    Can I create subdomains?

    You can map a subdomain by adding the proper CNAME record and then purchasing a domain mapping upgrade through your WordPress.com blog dashboard. Note: It is not possible to buy a www domain mapping upgrade–the www subdomain will always redirect to the non-www version of a domain name for WordPress.com blogs.
