How to make subscribers to change my following site.

    Hi WordPress,

    Before I had blog in wordpress.com but I changed to wordpress.org with leaving my account in wordpress.com. Also currently my new wordpress.org domain is connected with my wordpress.com that when I post, it also posted in wordpress.com.
    However the problem is I have 2 sites in wordpress.com and have many followers in before domain and not in current wordpress.org domain.
    Could you kindly let me know how to change the followers in wordpress.com to wordpress.org(but is connected with wordpress.com) of their subscribe?
