How to Make Tags Not Appear In Their Own Page

With every image uploaded, a new page on my website is created just for the image alone. For every tag I use, a new page is created for the tags. We don’t want solo images popping up in search engines before the actual page the images are being used on, is there an easy way to make sure that these solo pages aren’t created/removed?

Your site is not hosted here at WordPress.com and the WordPress versions differ. You are using the version of WordPress that is supported over at WordPress.org and may be able to customize to a greater extent than we can here on the WordPress.com version.

https://wordpress.org/support/You will have to create a separate signup over at those forums because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely different entitities.
