How to make twenty fourteen theme full-width on screen/
-
Hello,
I know that twenty fourteen theme is a full-width capable theme. I’m wondering how to make it wider to fill up the screen. Right now it aligns to the left and only fills a portion of the width of the window. How can I increase it?
Thanks.

Twenty Fourteen is a responsive width theme. A responsive layout theme adapts to different screen sizes so that your website will work (and be optimized for) iPhones, iPads, Android and other mobile devices. When responsive width themes are viewed on mobiles sidebars appear below the posts in order to provide as much space as possible for reading.
The mobile ready theme is default and a completely different theme that you do not need to enable at all. When we use a responsive theme we disable the mobile theme. Go to > Appearance > Mobile and disable the mobile theme.
In these days, when allegedly there are more people using mobile devices and tablets of all sizes on this planet, than there are those who own toothbrushes my questions are:
- Have you disabled the mobile theme yet?
- Exactly what kind of device are you using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com?
- Exactly which browser (and version of it) are you using please?
What is your Screen Resolution size and your Browser size please? You can locate your details here http://supportdetails.com/
