How to make various changes in WP

I have very little idea about WP or websites. I paid someone to design and host the site. The site is in Bengal language. Having difficulties to get assistance form people who built and got paid for hosting. below are some questions, please assist me. I have word press admin log in and domain is in my name.
- in 10/11 months time I want to pay directly host and take control of all activates. How do I do this.
- There is a only big post in current site. I want to make at least 2 more such post. How do I do this?
- in current setting, 4 posts in a row/ selection criteria, I want to make 3 post. or ho do I merge and make 2 posts in a row/ selection criteria. Part of this questions are related to Q 1 and 2.
- How to ungroup a coulomb from row/ selection criteria, One of the selection criteria has attached with ” archive” section. If I remove this row/ selection criteria ” archive” disappears. I want to ungroup this and attached this with other selection criteria. Part of this question is related to Q3.
- I am trying to learning things through reading this discussion group. Sometimes can’t work out because the menus are different. Most likely, I am looking in incorrect place.
Please kindly assist. I am non English speaker. if something is unclear, please let me know. Will try to rephrase them . I have now knowledge of any programme either.

I did not know hosting issues.I paid a third pary and they did in their way. will change this in future.thanks.
