How to make wordpress Blog a page on my own website?

    I have my own website. I would like to add the wordpress BLOG as a page on that website, but still be able to write the blog through wordpress. Any suggestions?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Two options:

    1) host the blog here, but link to it from your website with either a tabbed header or a button saying BLOG or whatever. If you use the Pro package, you can make the blog a subdomain of your main URL, like blog/whatever.com and use the custom design features to make the blog look like your website.
    or
    2) install software from WordPress.org in your own webspace and run a WOrdpress.org blog in your own site.
