How to manage Categories?

I am trying to delete/edit a category that I made which has a typo. Everything I have read says that I should go from Posts —-> Categories but neither of those steps are on my dashboard. HELP
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered a blog to access it.

1. To edit or delete a category assigned to a post (whether it’s a draft or has already been published), go to Dashboard → Posts → All Posts in your dashboard, hover over the title and click the Edit link. To delete the post click the Trash link.

2. To edit/delete categories in your dashboard go to Dashboard → Posts → Categories
