how to manage membership in a blog?

    hi all,

    I will need a private members area (login/logout), the website should take payment from new people using paypal, once payment has gone through the website should then automatically send the new client a username and password in order to enter the members area. (payment has to be accepted by paypal before any login info is sent, this should allbe automatically done by the site and paypal.)how can I do this?
