How to manage plugins?

  I’ve uploaded plugin files via FTP on bluehost but I can’t find the section of the wordpress dashboard that allows me to activate and manage the plugins.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completetly separate. This support forum is only for blogs hosted at WordPress.com. Your site is not hosted on WordPress.COM and you are posting to the wrong support forum. This forum is for support of sites hosted on WordPress.COM.
